Mitch had 6 careers and he thinks that having different careers is progression and it helps one to keep moving up the ladder and forward.
He was the mentee’ & a good friend of Chet Holmes. He thinks that Chet was a no limit person and there was nothing which Chet couldn’t accomplish. And he tries to reinforce this to the people he coaches and always reinforce a good out of a bad experience.
He thinks that as young people know how hard it is to get jobs and to keep them so it’s almost impossible to have mastery in something unless you start at the bottom.
One may has to work free or in situations that they don’t enjoy in order to move ahead in career. One of Mitch’s biggest strength is his creativity which led him to create the Time Slips, the time tracking software.
He thinks that sometimes when failures happen, people should use the failures and turn it into something of success.
This is the beauty of creativity.
He believes in the saying, “not everyone is an artist, but everyone is an artist in their own special way”. He thinks everybody is creative and it’s all about how our creativity can become part of our passion and drive us to really experience the joy & success that we want in our lives.
His book ‘The Invisible Organization’ shows how companies all over the world can benefit from creating virtual companies and having virtual employees. Mitch thinks that it doesn’t make sense not to have virtual employees unless someone has a business with walking clients to their office.
The benefits of having a virtual company are that businesses can generate more profits, they get more client satisfaction, and the staff working would be much happier to work from home.
