Name of guest:
He was a police officer and military
He enjoyed helping people out of everything else.
When he started his business, he had a fear of the unknown, like everybody else, asking himself a lot of questions. But what helped him was that he surrounded himself with people who believed what he believed.
Every time he’d go to a seminar, he would meet people doing bigger things than him and that would truly help him and motivate him to achieve bigger things and grow as a person or as a business.
“Don’t just go in your business, grow into your business.”
The biggest obstacle that most people will have in their business is themselves, in the way they think or the way they are doing things. A lot of entrepreneurs insist of doing everything themselves instead of delegating.
People struggling with their mindset won’t attract any clients! The way to fix this is to hire a coach!
Coaches also need coaches. Doing this is only congruent.
As a coach, here’s his take about certification.
If you are helping someone wanting to be a life coach, get certified.
If you are working in the business area or a fitness coach, he does not think a certification is required. They can teach out of their experiences.
He truly thinks that at one point, when your coaching clients number is increasing and increasing, you should create a coaching group, so you can leverage your time.
He also really enjoys live events, because he can teach to a lot of a people at the same time. He truly adapts his presentations with what the audience is looking for. He asks the questions in the beginning: what do you want to learn, what are you here for?
